For venue owners and staff using VELAY Dashboard and Velay Pro.

1. What these terms are

These terms apply when you use VELAY as a venue — the VELAY Dashboard and Velay Pro app.

By creating an account or using VELAY, you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you have permission to do so on its behalf.

2. Who can use VELAY

VELAY is for venue owners and staff aged 18 or older. You must give accurate business and contact information and keep it up to date.

3. Your account

  • Keep your login details safe
  • Only give access to people who should use your venue account
  • Remove staff access when someone leaves your venue
  • VELAY may suspend accounts that break these terms or pose a security risk

4. Fair use

Use VELAY for running your venue. Do not:

  • Break the law or others' rights
  • Enter false booking or payment information
  • Try to hack, copy, or break the platform
  • Share logins outside your authorized staff
  • Send spam or unwanted messages through VELAY

5. Your data

Your venue data (bookings, staff, customer records) stays yours. VELAY may store and process it only to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for getting any needed consent from your customers and following privacy rules when you handle their data in VELAY.

6. Fees and bonuses

If your plan has fees, VELAY will share pricing during onboarding or in your agreement. Pay any charges on time.

Bonus programs, if offered, follow separate rules and may change or end at any time.

7. Uptime and support

VELAY works to keep the service running, but occasional downtime may happen for updates or issues outside VELAY's control.

8. VELAY owns the platform

The VELAY software, brand, and design belong to VELAY. These terms do not give you ownership of the platform. Do not use VELAY branding without permission.

9. No guarantees

VELAY is provided as-is. VELAY does not promise specific revenue, booking numbers, or business results.

10. Limit on liability

VELAY is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost data from using the service, beyond what the law allows.

11. Closing your account

You may stop using VELAY at any time.

VELAY may suspend or close access if you break these terms, miss payments, or if continuing service is not reasonable.

12. Changes

VELAY may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using VELAY after an update, you accept the new terms.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
